Bank of America Plaza, a 28-story, 533,465-square-foot office building and a major fixture on downtown San Antonio's skyline, has been acquired by New York-based Clarion Partners, a real estate investment manager, in a joint venture with Griffin Partners, a Houston-based developer, property manager and leasing company with a portfolio of Texas and Arizona properties.
