Publix Super Markets, the Lakeland, FL-based supermarket chain, has gone from tenant to owner after acquiring the 65,000-square-foot Flint Crossing shopping center at 12290 Hwy. 231 in Meridianville, AL for $6.52 million, or approximately $101 per square foot.
