Equus Capital Partners Sells Four-Building Office Park in Long Grove

Apollo Global Management, a New York City-based investment manager, acquired the Kemper Lake Business Center in Long Grove, IL from Philadelphia-based Equus Capital Partners for $127 million, or about $116 per square foot.
