Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Sells Building in the Westfork Business Park

W.A.C. Lighting, a New York-based lighting display company, acquired Building B2 at 1600 Distribution Ct. in Lithia Springs, GA, from Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management for slightly more than $7.87 million, or about $30 per square foot.
