Convoy Capital, a newly formed commercial mortgage brokerage firm, has opened its first office in El Segundo, California, at 135 Sheldon St., and has hired seasoned industry veterans Garrett Broom and David Ghannadi as senior commercial loan officers. The company’s new headquarters will further the firm’s entry into the Southern California markets of Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire.
