Global developer Skanska has sold two office buildings it developed in West Houston's Energy Corridor but has no plans to exit the Texas city as it focuses on building out its construction pipeline, including a much-anticipated skyscraper and a yet-to-be-designed project proposed on a site once housing a grocery store that has since been demolished to make way for the firm's new plans.
