150 N. Riverside Receives $296 Million Construction Loan

Three Banks Collaborate on Loan for New Trophy Office Tower

The debt ad loan amount for the development of the 54-story 150 N. Riverside building in Chicago has been finalized by an affiliate of the O'Donnell Investment Co. at approximately $296 million. The total will come from three banks that have collaborated on the loan, Bank of America, Helaba and RBS Citizens.
