Greenstone adds senior director; JLL appoints asset management leads; BBG promotes government services head

Chicago’s Greenstone Partners added Michael Duckler as a senior director to the firm’s multifamily investment sales team. Duckler, who has over seven years of commercial real estate experience, joined Greenstone from Interra Realty. In his new role, he will work on multifamily investment property acquisitions and dispositions and growing Greenstone's business in that specialization, the firm said.

JLL boosted its global asset management services leadership with the appointments of Katie Hynard as the firm’s London-based global lead, and Nathan Zinn as lead director for asset management for the Americas. Zinn is based in New York.

Hynard, with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, will lead the overall strategy and direction of the division across all key markets while Zinn heads implementation and commercial growth across the U.S., the firm said. Prior to joining JLL in 2024, Hynard held senior leadership roles at LaSalle Investment Management. Zinn brings 25 years of experience and joined from CBRE Investment Management.

Dallas-based BBG promoted Marc Nassif to executive managing director of government services. In his expanded role, he will continue leading BBG’s government services practices, identifying potential opportunities with federal, state and local agencies while working to expand BBG’s ability to advise public-sector clients. He originally launched the firm’s government services practices in 2023, and the company said it has since turned into one of its fastest-growing divisions.

National real estate development and investment firm CRG appointed Carly Shepherd as senior vice president of sales and marketing. A 24-year veteran of student housing operations leasing and marketing, she will direct sales and marketing strategy across the Chicago-based firm’s portfolio of Chapter student housing and multifamily communities nationwide, the company said.

Commercial real estate services firm Hunington Properties appointed Scott Lunine as president of its brokerage division. In his new role, Lunine will direct the expansion of the division across Texas, Florida and other markets. He will also oversee its direction and growth, talent development and strengthening institutional and private-client relationships, Hunington said.

Emmett Cahill joined San Diego’s DMJ Partners as a senior vice president at the office sales and leasing-focused commercial real estate firm. With over 11 years of experience, he will manage his own client portfolio while expanding DMJ’s regional footprint, representing clients in sales and lease deals, and driving new investment opportunities, the firm said.

Sean Unsell has been named principal at Long Beach, California-based architecture, planning and interior design firm RDC. The co-lead of the firm’s retail grocery and market group, Unsell's experience encompasses conceptual design through construction administration, providing clients with new ideas, industry trends and technical design.
