Kansas City-based Hunt Midwest, the real estate development affiliate of the Lamar Hunt family holdings, which include interests in the Kansas City Chiefs, Chicago Bulls and FC Dallas professional sports teams as well as real estate, energy and private equity, kicked off construction on the first building planned in the new Evergreen Logistics Park encompassing a 200-acre site located along the I-85 corridor in Anderson County, South Carolina.
