Corridor Ventures Sells the Landing Apartments

An affiliate of Blum Capital Partners and the Woodlark Companies purchased the 319,296-square-foot housing complex at 1920 Exchange Drive in Greenville, NC. The gated community built in 2005 has 288 units with 888 beds. The property is located near both East Carolina University and Pitt Community College. Travis Prince and Dorothy Jackman from Colliers International Tampa Bay office teamed up with Sean Baird from Colliers International Student Housing Group to represent the buyer, MSWC ECU Senior Debt, LLC, an entity of Blum Capital and Woodlark, as well as the seller, Corridor Ventures, Inc.
