San Dimas Retail Center Trades for $4.8M

Private Investor Acquires 21,000-Sq-Ft Center

A private investor purchased the San Dimas retail center at 702 W. Arrow Hwy. in San Dimas, CA for $4.8 million, or about $228 per square foot, from the ICO Group. Built in 1988, the 21,016-square-foot shopping center is on 1.54 acres at the northwest corner of W. Bonita Avenue and W. Arrow Highway. The shopping center is anchored by Sears Appliance Center and Sherwin Williams. Brad Umansky and Frank Vora of Progressive Real Estate Partners represented both sides of the transaction.
