CBRE Investment Management has secured its first prelet at 30 Semple Street, an office development in Edinburgh.
Six months before building works are completed, Hymans Robertson is the first tenant to sign for the building being developed by Corran Properties on behalf of CBRE Investment Management in Edinburgh’s prime Exchange District.
