Former NBA Player Pays $9.5M for Santa Ana Retail Strip

SunflowerMetro LLC, a holding company for former NBA player Josh Childress, has acquired the Sunflower Plaza shopping center at 3929 -3941 S.Bristol St. in Santa Ana, California, for $9.54 million, or about $353 per square foot, from Albert B. Glickman & Associates and Sunflower Plaza Company LP.
