Prominent independent banking and investment advisory firm Evercore Partners has signed a nine-year lease for 30,356 square feet at 40 E. 52nd Street in New York City. The growing tenant will expand into the entire 11th and a portion of the 12th floor there, while retaining its current space across the street at 55 E. 52nd.
