Bed Bath & Beyond’s plans to spend $350 million to $400 million this year to rejuvenate its business are expected to include testing a new model for its brick-and-mortar stores in a select number of locations, marking the latest national retailer to tailor its properties to adapt to the challenge of more consumers buying online.
