Solid Biosciences, a publicly traded life science company focused solely on creating therapies for treating Duchenne muscular dystrophy, signed a 10-year lease for just under 50,000 square feet of office, laboratory, research and development and manufacturing space at 500 Rutherford Ave. in Charlestown, Massachusetts.
