LA Real Estate Firm Buying Blue Nile HQ Building for $57.7 Million

Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE symbol: HPP), the Los Angeles-based real estate investment and operating company headed by former Arden Realty president and COO Victor J. Coleman, is buying its fifth major property in Seattle after reaching an agreement to purchase Merrill Place from a joint venture between Angelo Gordon, Nitze-Stagen and Mile Rock Capital. The sale is expected to close in late February 2014.
