A recent increase in industrial development activity has made Bolsover the leading submarket in Derby for new space currently under construction, with around 750,000 sq ft of new industrial buildings underway and further proposed development in the pipeline. Bolsover is set to increase total inventory by over 10% in 2021, with just under 1 million sq ft due to deliver according to CoStar data.
