CCIT II Acquires San Jose NNN Office Investment for $24 Million

880 Ridder Park Dr. Fully Leased To Santa Clara County

The Cole Office & Industrial REIT (CCIT II) acquired its first net-lease property with the purchase of 880 Ridder Park Dr. in San Jose, CA, for $24 million, or approximately $286 per square foot. The building is fully leased to the County of Santa Clara Department of Child Services, with almost 10 years remaining on its lease.
