Gramercy Property Trust, Inc. purchased the industrial campus at 5764 Alcoa Ave. and 3311 E. Slauson Ave. in Los Angeles, CA for $14.75 million, or about $114 per square foot, from Douglas Steel Supply, Inc. in a sale-leaseback deal.
