Exxon Mobil Sells Vacant Industrial Bldg. for $1.7 Million

Anthony Argento, the head of Broadway Stages, one of the largest full-service film, television and music production facility providers in the New York City area, purchased an empty warehouse at 495 Lordship Blvd. in Stratford, CT, from Exxon Mobil Corp. for $1.7 million, or about $5 per square foot.
