Southern California's Ventura County has seen a wave of market-rate apartment units deliver over the past two years. A total of 1,810 units delivered in 2018 and 2019, which included 450 units in the Andorra Apartments in Camarillo, 300 units in Portside Ventura Harbor and 219 units at The Junction at Wagon Wheel in Oxnard. That grew existing inventory by 2.8% per year.
