Texas residents will tell you it gets hot temperature wise, but apartment construction activity across the Lone Star State may generate even more heat, thanks to its blistering job growth and competitive cost of living. Particularly, the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex has been the consistent leader in terms of overall apartment construction volume in the United States.
