Tishman Speyer Sells Trophy-Quality Office Building

CBRE Global Investors, a California-based, independently operated affiliate of CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG), acquired a 49-story office building with a 92 percent occupancy rate from Tishman Speyer on behalf of a consortium of Korean investors led by Korea Post for $331 million, or about $310 per square foot.
