London Auto Emissions Law Puts Pressure on Hotel Staff, Owners

Accor’s Raffles London at the Old War Office To Open Late September

The renovation of the Raffles London at the Old War Office is complete, and the hotel will welcome its first guests today, Accor says. The hotel was developed by owner Hinduja Group as a renovation of the Old War Office, which was constructed in 1906 and once was the working home of Winston Churchill.
