Crescent Real Estate Holdings, a fully integrated real estate company headquartered in Fort Worth, is operating a joint venture that signed a definitive agreement to sell its Greenway Plaza portfolio, along with one office building in Fort Worth, TX, to Atlanta-based Cousins Properties in a deal worth approximately $1.1 billion.
