Principal Financial, Pacific Coast Capital Sell 258,000 SF in Seattle

Unico Properties and LaSalle Investment Management have acquired the 705 Union Station Building at 705 5th Ave. S. in Seattle, WA from Principal Financial Group and Pacific Coast Capital Partners LLC for $97.9 million, or about $380 per square foot.
