Home Center has signed a long-term lease to expand into the Flint, Michigan market. The furniture and home goods supplier has secured a 10-year lease for a 28,000-square-foot retail space at Pirate’s Plaza, with plans to open in the fourth quarter after signing the agreement in early September.
