Seller Lionstone Group Receives Highest Price Per Square Foot Paid To Date For Suburban Houston Commercial Space

Clarion Partners, a New York-based real estate investment advisor for institutional investors, acquired Waterway Plaza I and II in the Woodlands from The Lionstone Group for $124.5 million, or approximately $340 per square foot. The two Class A office buildings are located at 10001 and 10003 Woodloch Forest Drive and total 366,074 square feet of rentable space.
