Mast Capital, a South Florida-based real estate development and investment firm partnered with Boston-based real estate private equity firm Rockpoint and The Spear Group, a private real estate investment and development firm with offices in South Florida and Massachusetts, to start construction at an 18-acre site that will house 264 garden-style apartments across 11 buildings. The Spear Group purchased the development site from the YMCA of the Palm Beaches, located in Palm Springs, Florida.
