OSU Foundation Pays $6.7M for University Plaza

Investor Sells Multi-Tenant Office Bldg in Corvallis

The Oregon State University Foundation, a non-profit group dedicated to garnering resources for Oregon State University (OSU), acquired the newly-renovated University Plaza office building at 1600 SW Western Blvd. in Corvallis, OR from a private investor for $6.675 million, or roughly $334 per square foot.
