Historic Six Story Commercial Loft Sells in Manhattan

Ira Lifshutz, an active investor in New York real estate, acquired the six-story office building at 31 W. 26th St. in New York City from JYN LLC, a New York-based architect, for $5.625 million, or about $507 per square foot.
