More commercial office space has been vacated than occupied in seven of the past 10 years in Northwest Washington, D.C.'s Dupont Circle neighborhood, a submarket bounded by Calvert Street and Euclid Street to the north, 16th Street to the east, P Street to the south and Rock Creek to the west.
