Market Reports $8.2 Billion in Sales in First Half of Year

The Dallas-Fort Worth capital markets landscape has slowed considerably this year, with $8.2 billion in estimated sales in the first half of 2023. That represents a return to the lower sales volume reported in the first half of 2016, which was $8.3 billion. Over the past four quarters, the metropolitan area has reported average estimated property sales of $27.3 billion, roughly half the volume when sales peaked in mid-2022 with $60 billion.
