Investor Pays $29.5M for Retail Center

Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust, Inc., an Illinois-based REIT, acquired The Corner at Oracle Wetmore retail shopping center at 4320-4370 N. Oracle Rd. in Tucson, AZ from Bourn Advisory Services LLC for $29.5 million, or about $368 per square foot, according to public records.
