Midland Atlantic Properties, a full service investment firm headquartered in Cincinnati, has purchased the grocery-anchored Bell Oaks shopping center in Newburgh, Indiana, from Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group Trust for $14.5 million, or about $153 per square foot.
