LeFrak, a family-owned property company based in New York, purchased the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Cambridge for $50 million from Highgate Hotels. The 15-story hospitality property, located at 777 Memorial Dr in Cambridge, Massachusetts, traded at approximately $231,481 per key.
