Westlake Apartments Trades for $23.5 Million in Value Add Play

Graceada Partners, an opportunistic real estate investment manager based in the Central Valley of California, purchased a 148-unit unit apartment complex known as Westlake Apartments for a reported $23.5 million, or roughly $159,000 per unit. The seller was the original developer, Lily Company, which had held the asset since it was built in 1970.
