Chance Family Properties Acquires 64,000-SF Office Bldg in Reno

Chance Family Properties LLC, a Ballico, CA-based private investment company, acquired Building 2 of the RTTC Town Center in Reno, NV from DDH Financial Corp. for $7.55 million, or about $117 per square foot.
