The Irvine Co Pays $52M for Centerside I

TIAA-CREF Sells Historic 200,000-SF Office Bldg in San Diego

The Irvine Company, a California-based property investment firm, acquired the Centerside I office tower at 3111 Camino Del Rio N. in San Diego, CA from TIAA-CREF for $52 million, or about $256 per square foot.
