The U.S. Green Building Council awarded the Dana Strand Senior Apartment Complex at 410 N Hawaiian Ave. in Wilmington, CA, a LEED Gold designation. Designed by KTGY Group, the former public housing site contains 100 units of affordable single- bedroom apartments to house low-income seniors.
