Caleb Management, a locally based property management company, acquired a three-story office building at 4883 Dressler Road NW in Canton, OH, from Home S & L Co. of Youngstown. The property sold for nearly $1.09 million or $46 per square foot. The new owner will occupy the property as Patriot Software.
