Green Giant Eagle Trades for $7 Million

CWCapital Sells 65,000-SF Retail Property

ECHO Real Estate Services Co., a Pittsburgh, PA-based commercial development firm, acquired the former Green Eagle Giant store in Uniontown, OH, from CWCapital Asset Management LLC for $7.1 million, or about $109 per square foot. The freestanding general retail building was built in 1997 and is at 1700 Corporate Woods Parkway. The property entered into foreclosure on last September and transferred to 1700 Corporate Woods Parkway, an entity under CWCapital. The total square footage of the building is 65,000 square feet.
