Ripco Real Estate leased 24,740 square feet of retail space in Livingston, New Jersey, to Barnes & Noble, the largest retail bookseller in the United States. Located at 530 West Mount Pleasant Ave., the Barnes & Noble is expected to open in mid to late 2027, according to a statement from Ripco.
