Wells Real Estate Acquires Office Asset for $91.1M

Brandywine Realty Trust finalized the sale of 13820 Sunrise Valley Dr., a 268,240-square-foot, Class A office building known as South Lake at Duller Corner. Wells Real Estate Funds purchased the property for $91.1 million, or nearly $340 per square foot.
