The three-story office building totals 75,194 square feet at the Roe Corporate Centre. Dial Properties developed the property in 1973 and sold it to BK Properties LLC in 2007. After the sale, the property was completely upgraded and was awarded an Energy Star label in 2008, according to CoStar information.
