Heidenberg Properties sold the Mount Pocono Plaza, a grocery-anchored retail center in Mt. Pocono, Pennsylvania, on Pocono Summit Road with close access to US 611. Agora Commercial, of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, purchased the 192,535-square-foot retail center for $17 million, or $86.85 per square foot.
