Penzance Wins Approval for New Arlington Mixed-Use Project, CNA Preleases 175,000 SF

Penzance, a private equity real estate investment company that has acquired and developed a number of buildings in Arlington County, this week won approval for its latest development -- a 280,000-square-foot office and retail project in the Clarendon submarket. Along with winning site plan approval, Penzance announced it signed CNA, a non-profit research and analysis firm, to lease approximately 175,000 square feet in the new building.
