Chicago's Echelon Apt. Tower Sells for $104.5M

Crescent Heights Purchases 350-Unit High-Rise at K Station

Steven Fifield, joint owner of the K Station development along with Pacific Life Insurance Co., sold the 350-unit Echelon at K Station in downtown Chicago for $104.5 million. Miami-based Crescent Heights purchased the 39-story property at 353 N. Desplaines St. for $297,597 per unit.
