Horses, horsepower and hitmakers fuel a blockbuster weekend for Southeast hotels

The first Saturday of May is almost always associated with the Kentucky Derby. This year, several other events took place across the Southeast during the same weekend. The Formula 1 Grand Prix was held in Miami. New Orleans hosted the second week of Jazz Fest. And BTS, the K-pop band, played three sold-out shows in Tampa earlier in the week.
